We also work with transporters to help your mouse get home to you safely. We are not responsible for transport, but you can choose to hire someone to pick up your mouse and bring it to you. We can refer you to someone who does transport, if you need a referral. :)
Reservation - Requires Payment in Advance 90 Day Hold Non-Refundable Transferable within 90 Days We will remove the mouse (or mice) to a separate holding bin and hold it for you. You will have 3 months (90 days) to come get your mouse. If you are unable to pick up or transport your mouse within the 90 days, please let us know! We can return the mouse to the available list and allow you to choose another mouse when you are ready. Temporary Hold - 1 Week No Deposit Necessary 7 Day Hold Still making a decision about a mouse, pickup date, or transport options? We can place a mouse on a temporary 7 day hold for you. After the seven days, you will have the option to pay to reserve the mouse before it goes back to the available list. Transport If you need someone to pick up your mouse and bring it to you, we will gladly work with your transporter to get your mouse to you safely. We can recommend a transporter or you can have a friend pick up your mouse for you. All transport is at the buyer's own risk and expense. Once a mouse leaves the mousery, we cannot be responsible for it. See Our list of Recommended Transporters at the bottom of this page! Refunds and Replacements While we take great care to make sure that all of our mice are as healthy as possible, we can't give refunds for mice that get sick or die after leaving our care. However, should you lose a mouse within 90 days of receiving it, we can offer a replacement. We do not cover vet bills or medication costs. Surrenders If you find that you can no longer care for your mouse, are allergic to it, or simply decide that a mouse just isn't the right pet for you, you can surrender the mouse back to us.
